A space to explore memory through movements and creative writing

Artist, actress, and stage designer. After graduating in Design with a focus on Theatre Studies and Creative Writing from Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Camila Ivana continued her training as a performing artist. Since 2021, Camila Ivana lives in Berlin, where she completed a MA in Stage and Spatial Design at the Technische Universität. She has collaborated with theatres and institutions such as the Schwules Museum, Ramba Zamba Theater, Staatsoper Unter den Linden, Theaterhaus Jena, and Theater an der Parkaue. In her work, Camila Ivana explores how subtle languages such as light and movement can evoke emotions through the senses. She is interested in how art can foster community and convey interdisciplinary knowledge. Her practice centers on the body and the space it inhabits, engaging with themes such as migration, belonging, memory, and intimacy.

Artist, writer, and founder of the participatory publishing project Trashumantes, through which he publishes literature in collaboration with the Latin American diaspora in Germany. He holds a B.A. in Design with a focus on Communication from Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, and an M.A. in Art in Context with a focus on artistic work with social groups and in public space from the Universität der Künste Berlin. Camilo lives in Berlin since 2021, where he has collaborated with artists such as Susan Meiselas and institutions as the Endangered Languages Archive, C/O Berlin, the German Resistance Memorial Center, the Berlin University of the Arts, the Hansa Library, and the CAPAZ Institute (German-Colombian Peace Institute). In his work, Camilo is interested in collective writing and self-publishing as practices that contribute to both the democratization of art and the building and empowerment of communities. He is drawn to small, community-based cultural projects, focusing on the intimate and transformative experiences they can generate.
